Patcho Notes 2.2

Hey all Patch notes 2.2:

• Fixed multiple mobs HP values that were to low
• Reduced the EXP required to level up the Nukers VE shield
• Reduced the EXP required to level up Hybrids Reflect Shield
• Readjusted some Resources that require the wrong amounts!
